At various points of my life, I’ve been half asleep during the day, and half awake at night. I’ve skipped meals to “save time”, and then ate junk to avoid hunger cramps. Or I’ve neglected my exercise because I was under pressure and felt I “deserved a break”.
What all of these situations have in common is that they all coincide with times when I was overwhelmed and underperforming.
“You ain’t what you want to be because of him, or her, or anybody! Cowards do that, and that ain’t you! You’re better than that!” says one of my childhood heroes, Rocky. (Funny that although I grew up in Montreal, I ended up living in Philly!)
Over time, I learned how to find and stay on the health and performance track very efficiently. As a health trainer, I’ve also helped others find their own paths with minimal effort. And I can show you how to get there too.
