By now you probably know the basic theory behind SaS.
In short, we know that:
- Your sleep, food, mood and exercise habits are mutually reinforcing through the biochemical activity they create in your body.
- The better you do in either category, the easier it is to do well in the other 3.
- Your habit change process is much more likely to be successful if you start somewhere you feel empowered and you build from there, as opposed to fussing over your biggest weaknesses.
