1-on-1 Coaching

If you’d like to be the center of MJ’s attention a few times each month and have her devote all her thoughts and resources to your goals and lifestyle during these sessions, then you’ll want to contact us for 1-on-1 coaching.

As each situation is different, so is each 1-on-1 arrangement. MJ has done anything from laser-focused short engagements to address a very precise issue all the way to year-long relationships to completely revamp out-of-whack lifestyles. Or maybe what you’d really want is 20 minutes each day, 5 days per week for about a month so she can review with you the details of your grocery list, give you Skype cooking lessons, help you combat insomnia, and give you pep talks to get your derrière in the gym?

MJ Shaar – in 20 seconds


Marie-Josée Salvas Shaar received her undergrad at McGill University in Organizational Behavior, followed by a Master of Applied Positive Psychology at University of Pennsylvania. She's certified as a Personal Trainer, and a Certified Nutrition and Wellness Consultant. Her work has led her to travel to many countries, including the US, Canada, France, England, and Australia.
