More Good News in the SaS World!

Not sure if 11/11/11 was supposed to bring good luck to all of us, but things have been going real well in the SaS world!  Here’s a summary of the latest buzz we’ve enjoyed:

Our book is now officially available on, and it entered the Canadian market with a bang, already figuring on its Bestseller list in the Healthy Living Category.  Thanks to all our Canadian supporters!

– I sent a short video introducing the SaS workbook to my friends at Organic Soul, which they posted on their YouTube channel.

– The Capital Hometown Annapolis posted a flattering review of the SaS book. Here’s a brief snapshot of this review, written by Dr. Tom Muha, Psychologist:

Wellness professionals Marie-Josée Shaar and Kathryn Britton… present 50 highly practical activities that studies have shown can make a lasting impact on the quality of your life. Grounded in positive psychology research, the book provides a powerful step-by-step process that is designed to help you construct a personal pathway to improve your physical energy, mental focus and emotional resilience.

True to its positive psychology roots, “Smarts and Stamina” explores strategies that will work to help you improve your health habits rather than taking the traditional approach of focusing on past failures and the childhood antecedents that may have caused them. It will help you discover when you are at your best and how you can be at your best more often in your efforts to create a well-balanced lifestyle.

Thank you, Dr. Muha!  We’re glad you endorse our work!

– And lastly, Total Beauty posted the article 13 Excuses Super-Fit Chicks Never Make, which features my advice. If making excuses is a problem for you, I suggest you check it out!  😉
