2 Great Blogs Talk About SaS This Week

2 Great Blogs Talk About SaS This Week

I’m loving all the action! After enjoying the opportunity to share the SaS philosophy on 2 radio shows earlier this week, 2 great blogs are now also spreading the news.

You may know that wellness expert and blogger extraordinaire Jeremy McCarthy (not kidding – I love Jeremy’s blog!  If you’ve never paid him a visit, you’ll see that it’s worth your while!) has written the foreword to our book.  He shares this foreword explaining why he loves the SaS Compass with his readers on his fabulous blog The Psychology of Wellbeing.  Jeremy’s writing is as clever as it is beautiful.  At various points, his blog has made me laugh, cry, think, agree and object – never a dull moment on TPOW!  In fact, Jeremy’s blog is so great that we’ll be featuring some of his articles from time to time to make to  sure you don’t miss out on all the good information.

The second site featuring SaS this week is Positive Psychology News. Louisa Jewell is a frequent contributor to PPND, and now a true SaS fan as well (you wouldn’t blame her, would you?)! Very generous, her review is thorough and comprehensive.  It explains the SaS Compass model, the biochemicals involved, the general philosophy of the book as well as what’s in each of the 50 avenues to good health that we offer. Louisa also explains how she started to use some of our recommendations in her own life. If you’re still on the fence about whether or not you should get the book, you’ll find her review helpful.

Thanks for sharing in the good news, you guys!  😉

Next week on this blog: Busy but Not Rushed!
